Sooo I have an old Instagram from about 2nyears ago and I forgot the password and it's really embarrassing and there is a picture from the locker room and if my coaches saw it id get in trouble and it makes me have an anxiety attack

can you reset the password? otherwise im sure you can just explain the picture to everyone or maybe email the help thing for instagram and ask them to delete the account?
